One of our FREE ANUSA classes!! A fun, intense workout using traditional boxing techniques (partner pad-work) and fitness drills with a PT. Boxfitness is a great way to learn boxing skills, improve your cardiovascular fitness and develop upper-body and core strength. Equipment is provided and bringing a partner is optional.
